updated yoga park picWe look forward to welcoming you all here next Tuesday. To find us please follow this link for directions  .We recommend that you print these off/download to your phone, to help you find us on the farm. Any problems finding us on Tuesday please call 01258 880505/07809 141815.

We leave grocery items in your cottage for breakfast to eat at your convenience and serve lunch and supper in the cottage. If you would like to bring any other food items for yourself or to share please do. Please note we do not leave coffee in your cottage, just normal tea and herbal tea. We suggest bringing wet weather gear if you would like to make the most of the stunning countryside that surrounds Luccombe Farm.

You do not need to bring anything for the yoga unless you prefer to use your own mat/blanket. 

And finally, there is no facility to pay by debit/credit card during a retreat so please bring cash or a cheque. You can check how much your treatment costs here.

3.00-4.00pm Arrive at Luccombe Farm. Please come to West Luccombe Cottage where someone will show you to your cottage.
5.00-6.30pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Saira
7.00pm 2 Course Vegetarian Supper 
8.45-9.45pm Meditation with Ken

10.15-1.30pm Treatments & Free Time
12.00-1.15pm Lunch 
1.30-3.30pm Sound Healing Workshop
3.30-4.00pm Chai Tea
